Description/ Application |
| Servorubber 24 |
Servorubber 24 is an ASTM 103 type non-staining, light bodied, rubber process oil formulated from carefully selected base stocks to improve the processibility, particularly of natural rubber. The oil is recommended for use in processing of rubber for the manufacture of automobile tyres, tubes and many other moulded rubber goods. Servorubber as a lubricant/ sealant for the Banbury machines for dust stop lubrication. |
Servorubbess 32
Servorubbess 70 |
Servorubbess oils are predominantly paraffinic type, medium bodied rubber process oils formulated from highly refined solvent extracted base stocks of low sulphur content. These oils are recommended as ingredients for the manufacture of various rubber products from both natural as well as synthetic rubber and are mostly preferred by the automotive tube manufacturing units. These oils are of ASTM 104 type. |
Rubber Extender Oils
IOC Process Oil Medium
IOC Process Oil Heavy
IOC Process Oil Extra
Heavy |
IOC Process oils are high aromatic heavy bodied rubber process oils. These oils are blended from selected aromatic streams produced during solvent extraction for producing lubricant base oils and are used in the manufacture of automobile tyres, tread rubber and other dark coloured rubber goods such as battery casings, rubber bushes, etc. These are ASTM 101 type oils. |
IOC Process Oil Primo
IOC Process Oil A |
These are aromatic heavy bodied rubber process oils. These oils are blended with selected aromatic streams for use in the manufacture of automobile tyres, tread rubbers and other dark coloured rubber goods. |
| Servo Rubber Process Oil C |
This is a paraffinic type mineral oil blended from selected fractions intended for use in applications such as footwear manufacturing etc., |
| IOC Process Oil G |
This is a medium viscosity oil rich in paraffinic hydrocarbons meant for industrial applications requiring such products. |
| IOC Process Oil C2 |
This is a low viscosity light coloured mineral oil having inherent good oxidation stability and are recommended for use in blending of lighter grades of industrial and specially lubes in nature. |
